We utilize a panelized exterior wall system, providing both dramatic increases in energy efficiency and the precision that can only be obtained through production in a controlled setting. Your building envelope components are being produced concurrently with the sitework occuring, reducing the time from foundation to framed. For more information on these Structural Insulated Panels (SIP Panels), please inquire. Depending on the project, we can utilize SIP panels for both the exterior walls and the roof, creating a building envelope that is both energy efficient and much quieter than stick framing.

About Us
Chad Zumkehr
Chad has been in the Construction Industry for over 40 years, having owned and operated his own business for over 20 years. There is a portfolio of local projects built with his leadership, with an extraordinary amount of diversity in both size and scope. Chad has worked on prominent projects in the region such as: Cleveland Browns Stadium, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport Expansion and renovation, Cleveland State University Student Center, and Jacobs Field. Some clients of note: NASA, RTA, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, Manco Tape, LTV Steel, VA Hospitals, Sherwin Williams and Eveready Battery.
Chad has worked on both public and private projects ranging from modest budgets to $100,000,000, with scopes of work ranging from small renovations to ground up turnkey projects. He has completed nearly every deliverable method of construction from traditional hard bid GC to complete Design Build.
Chad is excited about implementing progressive methods of construction in the region as a solution to the challenges that the industry is faced with. Moreover, with our model the end consumer receives a completed product which will meet today’s challenges from both the economics of building and operations and sustainability standards.

Ryan Arth
Ryan has been working in residential real estate since 2006, renovating, leasing, and transacting residential properties. He has also managed, operated, and transacted office and industrial properties. Ryan has a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals while incorporating advanced building techniques thorughout the process . He is committed to increasing the use of technology and off-site construction methods in the industry to reduce the time and costs
associated with building and re-construction.
Ryan is also a licensed agent in Ohio, representing our clients on residential, commercial, and industrial transactions. Prior to working in real estate full time, Ryan ran and grew a production manufacturer to double its previous revenue.
Ryan holds a B.B.A in Finance from Ohio University, a graduate certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard and an Executive M.B.A from Case Western University.
